We invite you to yoga classes conducted in English at our beautiful downtown yoga center. Taking up yoga is one of the single most effective ways to improve your sense of wellbeing. As there are many types of Yoga it’s important to choose the right type for you. We teach Satyananda Yoga. It’s world renowned for its systematic approach. It is the type of Yoga that doctors and physiotherapists recommend.
Our teachers have completed the comprehensive and systematic 3-4 year long Satyananda Yoga training courses with teacher accreditations.
Our classes include postures (asana), breath work (pranayama) and deep relaxation (yoga nidra) or meditation, appropriate to the level of the class. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit.
For starters, yoga is good for what ails you. Specifically, research shows that yoga helps manage or control anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue, depression, diabetes, epilepsy, headaches, heart disease, stress and other conditions and diseases. What’s more, yoga:

Our yoga room is warm, carpeted and comfortable. Blankets are provided.
Please, wear loose comfortable clothing, no shorts and no sleevless tops please. Do not eat for at least two hours before the class.
Class times: Starting from 5 March, every Tuesday evening 18:00-19.30.
Gate opens at 17.30pm. Please, be seated in he yoga room at least 5 minutes before the class starts.

Contribution: HUF 3400/class or 6 class pass HUF 18000
